    knee pain

    About a week and a half ago I woke up with a sore knee and wasn't able to bend or straighten it all the way. It was swollen as well. Then I had a softball tourney this weekend and when i slid once I felt a pop, albeit a small one, and was done for the day. Now my knee is more swollen than before and it hurts worse to straighten or bend it. I can straighten it when standing but it feels like it's going to buckle or hyper-extend. The pain is mostly in the back of my knee but at the front when it's straight. Anyone know what this may be?
