    Hole in the Ground Beta?

Any north shore folks know whether it is good to go? I wouldn't normally think it would be ready this early, but given the lack of snowpack, just wondering.

    thanks.

oh shit! that sounds gnarly, wonder how it compares to Churche's/Clark's.

I was talking to a guy that said when he first started riding Xmas valley about 15 years ago, it was buff single track, that all those boulders and small rocks just gradually got uncovered with use.

I think i still have that topo map that you posted last year.

Might have to check that out one of these evenings.

Yeh ! The thread died without any conflict or resolution. But there are patches of snow, no conflict. Carry on. Unless one wants to observe how appalling early it opened up and the lift served skiing closed down. Auburn Bike Club, or whoever, haven't been up to clear the trail. Sad. Non-destructive winter except there's a tree, one F*CK%NG tree, across the trail I built while waiting for my first dog to learn 'come' that no one has bothered clearing. Who can't come by some secret trail with a chainsaw to clear that obstacle ? Life's not fair. OK. I'm ramping up. Let it go. Breathe. Life is good. Tires holding air. Phew.
