Whooohoo! Thanks to this thread 3 weeks are now booked in Hakuba at Fattwins place from late January. Big thanks to all of you who shared info and knowledge about Japan and the snow, the pics helped to as well.

The Snow Japan forum was really a big help for lots of things I was wondering about also and I recommend it to anyone planing to take a trip to over there.

Now it is just the all to looong wait for the trip left...

Trip cancelled on the taiphoon. It put my schedule way behind (the shinkansene wasn't running this AM) and I suspect everything is wet out there anyway.

No, I guess not. Its too bad, I wanted to get out there. Next week I am in Malaysia and then New Zealand and Hong Kong after that. I may not make it until the ski season!

cb le satori - yeah, split it into two parts, the old friends chatting part and the newer 'blog' part, which is also the bulk of the whole. More than another blog though. All running now, just waiting for winter to fill it out.

FT - supposed to have been there weeks ago but some things came up and I keep getting stuck here. I might be there this weekend for a few weeks???? Who the hell knows. All my plans have fallen a month+ behind.... its a nightmare.

Upskirt.... she'll get more than carpet burn on them knees if she goes down.

I love skirts! but that is deffinatly a no fall uniform.

I had a great weekend I figure I biked at least 70kms over 2 days. 35% of that was up hill. Fark if biking isnt an expensive sport! Ive dumped 100 bucks already in a month of riding on broken parts and I still have to spend more.

cb if you can sell the dukes then sell them I cant buy crap for a while. It is hard for me to walk into rappie and get him to mount the things when he offered me 44000 mounted.

    here was my weekend

CB - Well, right now it looks like this Friday in Tokyo, Saturday I will be in Osaka all day, Sunday in Hakuba then rather than hanging around for a month as planned I am forced to come back to you-rope for another couple of weeks. Good thing I dont mind a hassle.

We could swing something on Saturday?

FT - Good blog, and no summer flab in the lake. Been staying fit for winter hey.
