    Dumb question

Does anyone knwo the actual name for those two-piece male/female snap together plastic clips that you use to close a backpack or cinch up your ski bag?

Need to buy a few in varying sizes and don't know what to search for.

I've found something called a 'beaver clip' that's used in diving that looks the part.

I dont know what they're called, but Eastern Mountan Sports sells them in all sizes here on the east coast. I'd check your local outdoor retailer.

Not sure, but the genre it probably comes under is haberdashery, which is a general term for all hard things that get sewen onto shit. Combine this with clasp or something like that and a search may come up gold. Or ring a haberdashery wholesaler - they'll know

    Good luck.

If it's one of these, it's called a buckle:

Funny thing, I just bought one yesterday, but had no idea what the technical name was, I just called it a plastic buckle, real original.
