    TR: Crescent City surf trip

    No real surf shots as I'm not nearly a good enough photographer to do surfing justice. Just posting these pics for family and friends. Anyway went to Cresent City last weekend and had 3 days of solid surf. Drove 12 hours from Vancouver and got skunked in Oregon so we were lured to Northern Cal by the sunshine and a decent sized swell.

    We had offshore winds all trip. We camped in a few amazing settings.

    Campspot with a swell arriving, getting us stoked for tomorrow



    Didn't take any photos of the morning when the surf was really good. This spot was head high to overhead glass in the morning pealing from the rocks. According to the locals it doesn't break often. When I took the pic the waves were gone and it was mush.



    We camped at this spot hoping the waves were going to be as good the next day. We were too tired at the time to realize what a stupid decision that was. This place looks like Ireland and winds were howling at prob 50k all night

    We had another solid day of surf before embarking on our 12 hour drive home
