First of all, Pat, fuck you. I can say this because, frankly, I don't give a shit about TGR politics. I don't care how popular you are, or how cool your skis are, or any of that bullshit. All I know is how you've treated Max during the past year. Frankly, it disgusts me.

He ordered his skis in April 2006. It is now May 2007. He has yet to get a decent pair of skis from you. Those "demos" you sent Max were blems, and he still didn't get them until December.

This probably would have been OK, because he is one of the most patient people I know, except that you consistently lied to him throughout the process. Promises of "3 more weeks," one after another, are no way of doing business. You also deliberately lied to him about the flex of those skis. I know you think he is a bitch, and you can walk all over him, but for him to order stiffs and you to send him softs is no way to treat a person. Come on, they were so noodly that they made his PRs look like tanks.

Yeah, you put him up in a hotel so he could pick up his skis from Reno. Big deal. A 45-dollar hotel is approximately the price you'd pay to ship his 'blems back and his good ones to him. I'm sorry, but this "generosity" doesn't impress me. Don't shit in my hand and tell me it's gold.

Not to mention that, when he finally did pick up these skis, they still weren't the ones he ordered. You have to understand how fucking awesome it is to come out to Reno to pick up something he's been waiting on for nine months, only to find out that you get to choose between another pair of skis you didn't order, or dealing with your lying ass and having no skis for god knows how long. You knew those weren't the pair he ordered, too. It's not rocket science. I've flexed stiff bros, and those weren't them. Instead, you gave him the choice between two less-than-impressive pairs of skis.

Then, when he finally skis them, they start to delam. And you ignore him some more for a couple months. It seems like the merry-go-round of false promises is starting again. What are you going to do, tell him three more weeks? What about in three weeks?

Max's biggest crime in this whole situation is being too big of a bitch to ask for his money back. I don't know the other people at PMGear, so I won't comment on them, but I do know how you've treated him, and he's totally justified by having "personal beef" with you, and, by extension, PMGear. Face it, for all intents in purposes, you are the guy who is responsible for the company.

Somebody has to say it: you're not wearing any clothes.

And that's the jist of it - If by now my inclination to let him know I was doing the best I could for him with the problems I was going through only warrrants his harassment - then fuck him and fuck you. I put you assholes up in a hotel as a gesture of maggot kindness (thanks for not bothering to say thanks, asshole, a further indictation of your lack of social skills) and when I showed up to meet him, he's too much of an ingrate fucking coward to walk a couple hundred feet to say 'hi' because he knows he destroyed the pair I loaned him, which he chose to leave at a shop instead of returning them in person. Seems I sent him a couple extra shirts this year gratis as well...

And you want to ream me because he hasn't sent his skis back in to be replaced? I told him to hang on, put some epoxy in them and keep skiing, then send them back for replacement, something I've told a number of people. Of course, when he went to have Marshal fix them, Marshal wouldn't have anything to do with him, so he cried even harder because he didn't know how to work glue. So, FUCK YOU. Max will get his skis when he returns them for warranty. Since he's your buddy, maybe you could coddle him into sending them back. It might be news to you, but that's how the warranty works.

I'm afraid Max's experience and your defense of him is based solely on an immature and very impatient reaction to the circumstances, followed by an immature bunch of posts that I simply got tired of seeing. So, if you and Max think your shit's ice cream and there ain't enough spoons to go around, guess again. I hope you two delusionally self-important attention whores both now feel you've gotten the attention you need. Do you both think reaming me here will make it happen faster? It won't, so keep spouting.

As for your opinion of me - I will now go gouge my eyes out so I don't cry myself to death. What it really boils down to is that Max is the biggest fuck I've ever had to do business with and I just told him to send his skis back for warranty and never come back to PM Gear again. Same for you. I don't need the business of retard asswipes like you two when all I do is bend over backwards to try to keep them happy, only to get your drivel in a public forum.

Second of all, when was the last time you skied with Max? Who gave you the authority to judge his skiing ability? So in the mean time, don’t beat a man while he’s down. Call, call again, email, PM, let PM Gear make you happy, but do it with some tact or constructive criticism. I guess summer is here.

On a side note, I find it rather humorous in Blurred’s archive this was at the bottom of the page.
