Wallowing in the mud. Or, Moab rocks. A quick T.R.

Mix one cool campsite. One of most mellow ass dogs I've ever seen in my life; until he sees folks getting ready to ride. One Moab riding virgin. You get one good old time.

Who the hell tags a building in the middle of nowhere?

The Moab virgin seems to be liking things.

Well, ok, not nowhere. A few folks are out and about.

The scrubmobile gained a tad bit more much needed frontal clearance this trip.

Mellow gold. Playtime on some slabs near camp.

My last trip entailed arduous hotel conditions. This mistake was not to be repeated.

But that isn't the stuff ya'll are here to read/see about, are you?

You want to see riding pictures.

    And bike porn images.

    And scenes of utter carnage.

    Followed by redemption.

And lost parts photo series shots.

    Bright plumeage of bikes.

    Challenging lines.

    Beautiful scenery.

    Images of solitude.

Guys showing their tender, flowery sides.

It's the little details that can make or break a trip.

Like not having a spare hanger for a new bike yet.

Or starting to break through a cable mid-ride.

But at least having nice views helps a bit.

    And proper hydration is key.

It all helps one to retain a sense of balance.

The easiest going seem to have the ability to wallow in the joys of living; not a bad way to be.

Eh, deceptively so. Both times on it ended with me dropping off the point, and blowing it in the chossy crap shortly after landing. Next time I'm wanting to do the line taking you off the top left of it instead.

Thanks all. Was a very, very nice trip, with some very cool people.

Really, really like it. Any limitations are imposed upon it by the rider (in this case, me) as it is very capable. Well, to a point. It's not meant to do huge stuff on, but it'll take anything I'm likely to (purposefully) dish out. Next Moab trip, I'll probably beef up tire-wise and suffer more on the climbs, but otherwise no issues at all.

I hate you! I mean, I love you. No - I HATE you.

DAMMIT! It's such a mixture of pain and pleasure reading Moab TRs while stuck 1200 miles away...
