    finally saw one I liked

Just watched Cold Fusion by Warren Miller films, and I must say its the first W.M. movie I've ever seen that I liked. I've seen em on TV for about 9 years now, and this is the first one that doesn't seem corny and really old. Anybody else think this of the majority of his movies?

HA! I knew I'd get that response. As for that, I've seen plenty I've liked, unfortunatly I don't think it was mutual.

I've worked with the man and I can assure you he's neither.

Edit: BTW - He retired a while ago. I think his son or son-in-law is now in charge of WMP.

I got a friend that can't sing. Doesn't mean that he should be making albums.

First of all, he makes people to have him sign stuff when he's at expos... and a friend of mine had the following happen to him: Friend: (Goes to shake Warren's hand after waiting in line for a long time)
Warren: (Looks up at my friend without even considering shakin his hand and says) "Did you pay yet?"

    Now that is dick

Interesting, you are the second person who has brought that up on this board, for which warren (supposedly) actually came on and explained himself.

Either way, I used to go to his flicks and they definitely fueled my stoke. I cant say his movies were the reason why I ski, but they helped.

What was his explanation for that... Just curious? And I also agree his videos are inspiring. After I watch one all I want to do is ride hip deep pow and huck off some cliffs, but being a "teen rebel" I prefer movies with teenage style slapstick with goofy soundtracks that not only makes you wanna tear it up on the hill but go out and do some Jack Ass style shit.
