Road Funk on Skis
Normally I don't mind when I get a little road funk on my skis/bindings from trips, but this last trip I got MASSIVE amounts on my skis/bindings. Especially being stuck behind the spray of a semi over Togowatee Pass. Would you recommend hitting the skis/bindings in the car wash with the rest of the car, or should I be more gentle with them? (Mostly concerned with bindings in this case).

Do the car wash and shake the pebbles out after they dry.

F roof racks. I'm never putting my ski on a car again. It's either inside or in a box. Seriously, even if you wipe that shit off when you get home, you still get mad rust on your edges. Like so bad you need tune. Get a used box off CL for about the price it would cost to tune your entire quiver (easy justification for me anyway). At least go to goodwill and get some old ass ski bag, one ski sleeve thing and put them up there in that.
