TR: What dreams are made of: Fissile 3/26/07

Sunny for what seems like the first time in two months. Bomber snowpack of unreal light and fluffy snow. Brad, Dave, Nick and I sent out on the adventure of our lives.

Fissile did not dissapoint. I took over 300 pictures and Nick took over 200. When I get Nick's photos I will post them as well. 3rd time doing Fissile this year and finally rewarded with incredible snow. On to the pictures. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

The last huff up. Luckily another party broke trail on this one.

One of the better runs of the season if not my life. We're bagging something tomorrow again so be sure to check back.

I will also be updating this thread with Nick's photos who is a better photographer than me. He just posted a Cerise Creek thread

I'm soooooo jealous. Looks like you guys had a lot of fun, you picked a good day to do a big walk. I wonder how Dave's feet lasted on the hike in my boots... they can get a little painful doing anything but skiing. Can't wait to see the rest of the photos!

We didn't come down banana chute today, we cam down northwest bowl, I think, then cut to skiers left and skied a fun line there. we shoulda overnighted and were actually planning on doing an overnighter this week, we actually just tarded out and didn't even think of it today, till we were up there...

Sq99 is playing tour guide right now. Very stoked to see the great conditions and slayage, but sad panda to be stuck inbounds. If you're in town tonight or tomorrow- drop me a call.
