Anything around Tahoe/Truckee rideable right now?
Saw the other thread but I'll be in North Lake this weekend for some spring skiing (sad to be saying that already) and was wondering if I should bring the bike. I rode a trail out off 89 north of Truckee last summer that seemed like it would dry out pretty quick, maybe that's rideable? Can't recall the name of it tho. Any suggestions?

Emigrant trail is probably what you rode. It's probably rideable now. There's also loyd's nearby that I know is dry and a lot more interesting.
STRAVA: Enabling dorks everywhere to get trails shut down........ all for the sake of a race on the internet.

Cool, I'll have to give it a go. Taking advantage of this new daylight savings with a ski day followed by an afternoon ride is a good way to compensate for the disappointing snowpack, I guess.
