wow... i like what i'm hearing so far. That trevor peterson quote is really cool... and there are a lot of other good ones too. The one that moved me the most has got to be: 'I don't drink water because fish fuck in it.' That rocks my soul.

Yup - that was published as part of a two-page spread in Powder a few months after he passed away years back. It was printed over a beautiful sillhouette of Trevor collecting his thoughts before dropping into a line. It hangs on my wall, and I've also seen it in Cliff Huckstable's kitchen. I try as best as I can to live by it, every day, and from what we've seen that nutjob do, so does he. It's simple, to the point, and deeply motivational - all in a way that is uniquely applicable to skiing.

Oh good. The triumphant return of douchy mcqueerbait. I'm ecstatic to see you on this new forum. I'd almost forgotten about getting reamed by everyone on the pmag board for a few wayward comments. Thanks for reminding me, and embarrasing me anew. bastard.

When that article was in Powder I cut that qoute out and have carried it in my wallet ever since. Its incredible that so much can be said in 15 little words.
