I am sick. I can't go to work tomorrow. Be at Baker for therapy. In bounds for me. I'll listen in on 5-4.
In drove this drunken madman and stopped on a dime! Unfortunately the dime was in Mr. Rococo's pocket!

Fernie minimum age to enter = 19.
I'd be surprised if IFSA sanctioned events will let someone under 18 enter.
What was I doing at 17? Figuring out which colleges I could ski the most at and blowing out of school at lunch to ski till 10p at Stevens or Snoqualmie, and getting in trouble for it. What's your point? Anyhow, props to you for carrying on the stoke. Your parents need to talk to Samwich's parents. I'm going to bed so I can ski lots of pow the next few days.OOOOOOOHHHH, I'm the Juggernaut, bitch!

I'll be in the Alpie lineup Friday morning early, but no so bright. Crustal either Sat or Sunday, depending on the latest NOAA forecast, optimizing for most snow.

Classic PNW baler day. Shrieking winds, searing graupel facial exfoliations and between 3 to 12 inches of whipped cream to whipped potatoes. Nobody around, lapped Edelweiss on Breakover trees and W. Edelweiss Bowl with a bunch of runs down Nash, Snakedance and lower Nash/Powder Bowl. Nash was smooth and you could really whale down it at speed. Hooked up with a Dad and a gaggle of 16+ exstreem doods and ripped around with them for a couple of runs. Breakover trees were really good yielding knee deep and face shots.
There were some scary gusts, total whiteout, tree fwop moments and then about 12:30, they annonced that they would be closing the mountain for avie control. So I raged a few more on Breakover and eventually killed the day with a sweet slice down Shot Six.
I love March storms. I hope you're all getting some.
Oh yeah, DrC, je cherche pour les batons rose at le jacket rouge ou orange, mais je ne les vu.Merde De Glace

Hey
Might be jetting up to meet you at Xtal on Sunday.
Just too beat from work travel to get right back in a car and drive to Tahoe for the summit tomorrow, and hard pressed to leave snow coming down in the PacNW for sun-but-not-corn in Tahoe just yet.
Thinking I'll be skiing either Bachy or Meadows tomorrow, then Xtal on Sunday, then back down to Bend for a night or two, then down to Tahoe for the second half of the scummit once the corn starts to show up. I made the Utah mini anyway, so I feel like I deserve a little time to myself...yeah, that's it.
So, I'll be either in standard red jacket and tan pants, or possibly in a new black and tan jacket, blacks pants. Either way, on Tankers, unless there's to be some skinning into the Back(s), in which case it's AK Enemies and Freerides.
Would love to hook up with you for my first pow day at Xtal Busta... BB/Matt, be good to meet ya too. Somebody smack sammich, maybe he'll show too. Bottom of REX at 10, I can do that. But don't wait around in case I change it up.

Today was sublime, supreme and succulent. Powsmoke roosters that hung in the air 5 seconds after the turn. Bottomless, faceshot screamers. 1 Doors, 2 Throne Bowls, 2 Frisco Trees, 2 Kings where the rhythm of the turn was as good as sex and the deep blind rollerovers into bliss as wild and brittle as it gets. Watching girls ski pow where that little uplift thrust to bounce out of the snow is just too good to watch.
I hope you all got some.Merde De Glace
