If you don't at least break a bottle over someone's head I'll be very disappointed in this TR. That will be a sick show.

No Sick of It All, it appears:
We got the news last night that Sick Of It All have been forced to cancel their previously announced west coast dates with us due to a back injury suffered by frontman Lou Koller. Please read the band's official statement:

"Our singer Lou has had very bad back problems for the last week, and yesterday he had to be taken to the hospital because he couldn't move without being in a lot of pain. He was released a few hours later, but isn't in the kind of shape that would allow him to perform on stage. We're really sorry, but we can't make the trip out to California to start the tour with DROPKICK MURPHYS.

"Our friends in DROPKICK have been very cool and understanding, and although we're leaving them in a bind without the main support act they planned the tour with, they aren't canceling our spot just yet. We're going to take this day by day and see if we'll be able to meet up with the tour at some point, but it looks like we'll definitely miss the Western part of the DROPKICK tour. If we can join the tour, the place and date will both depend on Lou's recovery time.

"We were all really looking forward to this tour. It's always an awesome show with DROPKICK, so each night that we miss will be a difficult pill to swallow. If all goes well, we'll be back on the road soon.

"Once again, our deepest apologies to our Western U.S. fans who were excited to see us and the great DROPKICK MURPHYS together."
No worries, the Murphys will make up for it.

Well shit, per the post by Ice, Sick of it all was a no show, so they had the Aggrolites play an extended set. Let me tell you, that that was the shittiest facking band I have ever seen. It was so bad, I feared for their lives, as singing politically charged reggae about pot smoking and other crap was a big no,no at an Irish punk show, so you can imagine the tension building in the air.

What can I say about Dropkick? Well, their Dropkick, and they completely killed it . As for the crowd, they were relatively behaved, and I have never seen so many hot little punker chicks at show in my life. It was very distracting, and was probably the reason why the crowd was the way it was, because there was definately some talent there. Although nothing compared to the last time I saw them, what a fun night. You can read my other trip report from 04' here http://www.tetongravity.com/forums/s...opkick+Murphys
