Bruised Ribs and Kidney
Caught a rail in the park wrong...7 feet to kidney rub via steel. Man down. Been out since saturday...still pissing blood, still out. And Im supposed to be testing 07/08 Salomon gear today...LAME!!

Took a pole to ribs few years back. Hurt like hell. Blacked out for at least a minute or so from lack of breathing.
Took a few weeks before I was feeling okay, and then many months before I was 100%.
Wish ya a speedy recovery.

Yea, went to the ospital just to make sure my spleen wasnt in pieces. They gave me some percocets, but A)only 6 of them and B) low dosages. All because Im in a college town. Lame.
