Bought some brakes off of slave2gravity, probably the easiest quickest transaction I've ever had on gearswap. Solid!
Also, Dantheman is solid for taking back a pair of skis that I wasn't completely satisfied on the condition of, and was good about commo. Definately another solid mag.

Props to BeanDip4All
I get home from an after-work bike ride and have a box sitting on my back stoop. I was kinda expecting to receive the skis sometime this week, but not in a box big enough to ship myself back to NY in.
And enough bubble wrap to make me comfortable in the cargo hold:
Big thanks for the hookup. These will be perfect for icy days 'round these parts.

Also, probably redundant props for various transactions to:
I've met three of 'em so far, hope to meet more.

Spankthepow sent me a bike at a great deal and split shipping with me. Then he refunded me ten more bucks 'cause shipping was cheaper than he thought. Good communication and fast shipping. There's nothing better than sliding down snow and flying through the air.

Wes - because they go by outer dimensions as well as weight, I think the box would cost about the same to ship full or empty. So unless it's worth $30 to you, you're probably better off finding a water heater box or something like that.

Hugh Conway is a dope rockstar doesn't-have-to-shave man among men... he shipped a pair of BD flicklocks absolutely free... I wasn't even expecting them. I owe him some brew, now. If he'd only fess up to his e-mail address, so I could paypal him some $dinero$...

Bandit Man was overly conservative in describing the extremely minor flaws in what were essentially a very clean pair of AK Rockets.
Props to Bandit Man

Dealt with a few mags over the years with some gear. I can only remember a few names right now.
It's all been good so far. Hopefully my experience stays that way.
