    BD Nunyo's.... Decent for 99 bucks?

    Ok, so I've been looking at these Nunyos for a while in the package deal at backcountry.com... 99 bucks, shipped, complete with Look 10-dins. (I'll scrap the bindings and give 'em away to someone).

    I can see they're narrow as all get-out, but the construction seems to sound somewhat durable. Would these make a nice, light spring corn BC touring ski? Metal-fiberglass topsheet; is that some sort of hybrid weave? Anyone been on them?

    Bottom line - for 99 bucks, can you beat them? Or will they be noodles?

    Also, would the 191's be stiffer than the 183's?

    Trigger pulled on 183's... I'll post a review if anyone else was thinking of these.

    If you're tossing those Look 10-DIN bindings... dibs for Mrs. C.

    I'll help you mount whatever bindings you want on the skis. I have a pile of jigs.

    I'll be there one of the days. Mrs. C. decided to take that ski camp clinic at Homewood, which is this weekend, so I'm going with her just to ski HW one of the days. Haven't decided which yet -- probably will wait & see based on wind & snowfall.
