edit (forgot to add a photo of an up track)

Some observed tracks yesterday. Ugly, ugly, ugly. Skintrack is in the steepest thinnest area and the ski tracks show no respect for the playground sized terrain. Luckily 3 miles in the backcountry is about as far as people who ski like this are capable of traveling.

For the sake of learning something, can you explain to me what the ski tracks should look like. I get that the skin track location might nit be ideal...where should that have been put in. I hove no experience in that type of Back Country.

It just looked like some people had some fun to me. Shows what I know. I live in Vt. We skin 3 miles to spaz out on short vert all day long. I'm totally serious about not getting your meaning, genuine interest....now I feel I might not want to hear you explain it....

One from 1-29-15, Grand Teton National Park, cruising above the clouds en route to Peggie's Ridge.
Skiing, whether you're in Wisconsin or the Alps, is a dumbass hick country sport that takes place in the middle of winter on a mountain at the end of a dirt road.
