I dunno, I barely handled Shady 80 when I lived there...not too tuned in to whats what around there.
I think hes a Santa Cruz/Aptos alien spawn.

If you like tight jeans and dislike going 40mph down the side of a mtn in the summertime....sure.

Heh, I love in videos like that when the other dudes say "YEEAAAHHHH!" after the trick, then the slow-mo replay comes on and the YEEAAAHH! becomes "RRROOOOWWWWYYYYEEAARRRRRRRRRHHHRRHRHRHHHH".

I'm a MTB'er first, a BMX er second. I am just saying that there is a LARGE majority (berrcloth inlcuded) are sponsered BMX ers who were given/recieved mountain bikes who became such phenoms in the MTB world. Bmx has been providing tricks to the MTB world for so long now, its not even worth it saying that MTB is progressive in the dirt jump/park aspect.

Watch any BMX footage. know where the sport of MTB is coming from.

I don't think greg watts was ever a bmx kid.

He's only like 17 now and he's been riding 26's for the last 5 years.

This thread has nothing to do with where it is all coming from, it is about where it is NOW, and where it is going. Shit, if it weren't for skateboards, there wouldn't be any vert riding, which is where a LOT of these moves are progressing from...

He's jealous of all the great things that originate with my ass.

Well I would say it back but he's getting married so I really don't need to belittle his sense of self worth anymore.........just sit back and giggle.

    He is pretty short.

    And definitely balding.

I'm looking forward to patting him on the little head like little danny devito.

Yeah, but he will still sound like Joe Pesche...a short, bald, yellow, californian Joe Pesche.

    Wow, thats deep.
Preaching to the choir my friend.
DJ/Park is an avenue for 26" wheels to continue progressing in big, 'natural' terrain stuff that a 20" wheel will never be able to ride. Its like park skiing helping evolve 'big mtn' stuff.
Regardless, the tricks Watts did would be impressive and pretty far out on 2o" bike too. Just wait till someone throws them over a huge gully gap.
