How bad is I-70 from Denver to Summit? Is CDOT keeping up? It's hard to tell from their website....
    Thanks

Yeah, definitely stay. It's snowing outside. I mean who wants to go out in that?

93 was a bitch due to all the people who like to drive slow (like 25) for no apparent reason. Clusterfucked from Golden to Genessee or maybe a little after, and rate of travel picked up again thereafter. I got from Boulder to Loveland in an hour and 50, but it took Z 2 1/2 he said.

What are you worried about? Road conditions or people? The latter I can understand. The former...???

I think it might have been the detailed travel times and average speeds on each section of I-70.

I-25 into downtown Denver was snowpacked and icy. 6th Avenue around the lunch hour was slow going, but they were keeping up with the roads pretty well. I heard that C-470 was in rough shape with a couple of accidents.

What time did you leave? It sucks to get up early, but eating breakfast in the Loveland lodge while all the other suckers sit in traffic is not a bad deal.

How was it? Still snowing? Leave any left overs for us cube jockeys?

Wow, did you forget to refill the ritalin scrip again?

If there are no traffic jams on the cameras then you can likely make it unless you forget to sell the rear wheel drive malibu you drove in high school.

Sometimes the drive sucks, but that usually makes the skiing the best. Snow = good skiing but bad driving. Odd relationship.

Despite the snowpacked roads the crosstown shuttle had no problems getting me from work to the gondola in the usual 2 minutes. Is this the kind of info you wanted?

Jef can't hear you... EVEN IF YOU YELL!

and apparently his sarcasm-meter is broke as he may be stuck on I-70 (which would explain his bad mood).

JEF, IF YOU CAN HEAR ME... LIGHTEN UP AND CHEER UP! IT'LL ALL BE OVER SOON.
