Why are my eyes crossing? Totally NSR.
Don't read any further if your expecting anything substantial here. Just bored out of my skull and, well, when that happens, where do I turn for relief but here....
Trying so hard to focus on work, but literally, everytime I look at the computer screen my eyes just glaze over. Maybe it's cause 1 week post shoulder surgery I have to sit practically on top of the keyboard to type with out moving my shoulder. Maybe it's residual Vicadin from my nightly 500 mg or whatever the hell I take. Maybe it's because my extremo expeditions these days consist of walking to the mailbox today (did it not once, but twice today! didn't even bring a transeiver, I"m just that crazy.) good lord - all i know is that i'm freaking bored.
Course I did watch some of Maggotwood this morning and a bit of Front Line, so that was a good break from the drudgery. and on a good note, the weather is insanely gorgeous here on the coast and my arm barely hurts. all good stuff.
say something funny, anything, and maybe I'll snap out of it. please?

How was the surgery???
How long till you could actually use a keyboard again. What's it feel like right now.
I'm freaking SCARED of losing use of my right arm after it gets choppped.

It's because you're right handed and you haven't had any since your surgery last week...oh wait no, that should actually improve your vision. I don't know, you got me...

At least she can beat me at left handed air hockey.

Telenator - Summit 2004 - Air Hockey rematch. It'll still have to be left handed. But I'll be practicing till then...
Viva - PM to follow
Pinner - my experience with rotator cuff surgery has actually been pleasantly and surprisingly pain free and not that bad. Had the surgery Wed., back on a keyboard for real on Monday (could do some one handed stuff, but not so well). The catheter full of novacaine in my shoulder seems to have helped a lot. THat and lots of vicadin. I haven't been too miserable (except for hte day I took two vicadin on an empty stomach - BAD IDEA.) Oh, and really - stay off the booze with vicadin. Anything more than a half a glass of wine just made me want to puke. I get stitches out tomorrow, should be able to drive in another week, and then I'll be jumping on the bike trainer, soon after!
