If it was his request to use Western UNion to facilitate this crime, it is a felony. Which is probably why the local police will never care, its never their juristiction. Pass the buck to the other juristiction, and the feds dont investigate anything less than a mil. It a damn shame, this country that is.

Dont give up, patience bring's the best revenge. YOu have 2 yrs to sue someone in small claims court for a verbal agreement. It does not cost much, maybe it will be worth your time one day. Gather what info you can on him in the meantime.

Agreed. Whatever does transpire -- and I hope something does transpire soon. Maybe shouldn't be advertised. If the beating ensues there's no reason to incriminate yourself. But somethings gotta happen here. I wanna go to Utah but this is frustrating me and making me want to come out there.

No but I'd probably spend less time in jail if I got caught. And spending my ski vacation in jail sounds pretty shitty.

sorry I haven't posted an update in a while, I've been working a ton-rental shop during the holidays, nuf said- and skiing when I'm not working. There isn't really a whole lot to report other than Ross is a dodgy motherfucker. He's pretty much been banned from Copper, the reason for which I'm still not totally clear on, I've heard about five different versions, mostly from Ross. He keeps telling me he's bringing the toons AND some ARG's by the shop for me to "demo", but I have yet to see either.

Oh yeah, he doesn't live in Breck, he lied to me about that too, he's staying on a friends couch in Leadville. Basically he's a lying piece of shit and I don't know what the chances are of actually getting anything out of him. I'll update if anything changes
