i called and left another voice mail saying if i dont hear from him by sat i am going to take it further ( by calling the police) and how it isnt cool rippping off a fellow skier or a freshmen college student so i hope he calls

Anyone know what Dept. this dude works in at Copper (I'm assuming him living in emp. housing = he works there in some capacity)? You could always have the unruly mob go confront him at work in front of his boss, coworkers, etc. to make it super uncomfortable.

I talked to him again last night but he was fucking wasted and didn't really seem to have his story straight. He was saying something about sending your money back, either that he had already or was going to. I'll go track him down again right now and figure out what the deal is. If he's still got the skis I'll send them myself, but he said that they were mailed somewhere, who knows what to believe. I'll post in a bit once I talk to him.
And I've got a big bag o' Markers to beat him with if necessary
