SAC and Canada - Delivery Times
I was wondering what the average delivery time to Canada usually is from SAC. I got some bindings a few weeks ago and they are still in transit.
UPS tracker says "ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CLEARANCE PROCESSING IS REQUIRED FOR FORMAL ENTRY SUBMISSION"
What the hell does that mean?

this is not UPS's or SAC 's fault: customs has delayed your package to figure out how much GST they'll charge on it
it has happened to me for both items with declared real value and for items with declared value of $0.01CAD (they'll still open them and charge you based on the invoice).
standard practice. unfortunately things are sometimes still cheaper from SAC even with the friggin' tax added on.

Still waiting - Now the tracker says " AN AGRICULTURAL HOLD CAUSED THIS DELAY"
Anyone know what an agricultural delay is?

Im in Australia, the bindings are being sent to my brother. Its not worth calling them. Ill just wait. If they want me to pay extra duty, hopefully they will be a bit more clear about it

Click on the Live Chat button if your in Australia and don't want to pay long distance. They can tell you exactly what is going on with the package, and its their job.
Damnit! It is my day off!
