First EC roll call for the 06-07 season

ok lets start this EC season off right

everybody post where they're skiing this weekend and hopefully nobody will be skiing the same place, because if we ever got a group together skiing the same mountain at the same time we'd have to call it a mini(and possibly get stickers)
For sure, you have to be lost to find a place that can't be found, elseways everyone would know where it was

I was heading to the WF highway, but with the VT snow I'm probably going to attempt to hit Jay

I'm afraid I'm going to wait until there's a bit more snow before I go out there. My leg isn't 100%, and I think I'll see an orthopedic and get in a few more weeks of recovery before I risk further injury skiing on sketchy "snow".

Although that white across the street is really tempting...

I'm going north with the skins, the pack and the dog on Sunday. Don't know where yet - but I would love some company. Who's in? I was thinking Tuck's or Wildcat. If the snow's good enough, maybe Cannon. Haven't checked the weather updates though. Basically, I don't want to drive more than 3 hours from Andover. Killington is also a possibility.

Either straight up hiking Giant Mountain in the 'Dacks without skis, or depending on some reports over the next day or two, skiing at Whiteface. Might try to hike up and ski a few trails instead of the highway, but it's coverage dependent. Sadly, I can't get out of the 'Dacks, so I have to work with that I can. It's still early.

not out this weekend...work/class...but I'll likely be 'round Jay on tuesday, depending on if it looks better somewhere else, maybe stay in NH (Washington maybe), or head to Stowe.

Who made turns after friday this past weekend? I'm itchin like crazy.

Our world is full of surrender at the first sign of adversity, do not give up when the challenge meets you, meet the challenge. Through perseverance comes the rewards, the rewards that make life so enjoyable.

Seize the day, trusting little in the future.

    Hmmm

I can't decide between Jay's latitude or Mansfields elevation

Saturday looks like it could suck hardcore so maybe drive to Stowe at the asscrack o' dawn and try to beat the rain, then head up Jay and crash in the car and hope for some fresh on Sunday
