hell yea, became a huge fan of house music while living in Wellywood. Just wish I could remember some of the DJs' names, so I could get some of their stuff. Haven't been able to find anything like it in CO, yet. The Matterhorn always had kick ass shows.

Start with Recloose - Hiatus on the Horizon is a great album (although they are a band, but Matthew Chicoione, the leader, is a DJ who plays at the 'Horn frequently. He just put out a sick record remixed by Induceve/Jesse Rose called "Dust" with Dallals tamaira from Fat Freddy's Drop in vocals) they remodelled that place though, and now it's more of a restaurant than a dance venue. Sandwiches is siiiick though. I caught the Stanton Warriors and Krafty Kutz with Karrot there last Saturday, and we had a blast. Towrds the end though we were both a little over breaks....
I'm gonna try to put together a tighter mix than the two up above and drop it at some places in Welly. I'd love to play some deep mellow house at Motel or Red Square.
