WTB: cheap avi beacon for practice
I am looking for a functional, but cheap beacon for practice. It would never see the BC so reliability is of no significance. Old, cracked or retired beacon would be fine.

yeah he must be. for a beacon to toss off of a cliff and then go find, it would be cool, but definitley never pracitce finding with a shitty beacon because thats not what youll be searching with in real life Originally Posted by cj001f

I figure if I am doing the searching, I'm not the one buried, so what do I care if it works or not......just kidding.
I am looking for a beacon to bury, I have a PiEPS dsp to find your asses with.

you might also want to consider some cheap avi bacon to practice searching.
you might get hungry if that other beacon dies while transmitting.
