    1500 - 1800 ci BC daypack

Any recommendations for a BC day pack between 1500-1800 ci / 24-30 L? Want it to hold hydration, skis, Avy gear, food, small first aid kit and some layers.

I've only been able to find either smaller or larger backpacks.

Check out the Heli-pro by dakine. http://dakine.com/base.cfm i have fit a 100 oz hydration pack in mine, it is light and relatively inexpensive. i have an arcteryx bora 40 for my bigger pack, but i prefer the dakine

go to arcteryx.com, check these out, looks like they fill your specs. i have been VERY impressed with all my arcteryx gear so far, i like my dakine for resort access, but mine are a bit older, so a bit more heavy, but they are VERY durable

BCA Stash? Nice lower volume and profile. Bladder isn't my favorite, but it does the job.

The Osprey Switch 26 is one of the best-designed ski packs I've seen. About 1600ci, great avy gear storage, insulated hydration sleeve, carries really well, skis carried either A-frame or diagonal, snowboard carry, etc. etc. I just got one and I've loaded it up and stomped around, and though I haven't skied with it yet, it looks like love.

Life Link Boundary pack. Similar in size to the DaKine heli pro but IMHO higher quality and simplier features.

The camelbak snobound is 1800cu in. I find it too small, but is well designed and carries skis or board well. I often use the board straps to carry my shelf when it warms up.
