2.5 oz. good gin (I like Beefeaters, Boodles and for something different Gin # 209 or Junipero)

1/4 oz. good vermouth....I like Noilly Prat

Shaken over ice...not too much though, the last thing you want is little ice chips in the drink.

Strain into chiiled stem glass.

Garnish w/ olive or lemon twist...your preference.

Repeat as necessary (3 should be about right)

Follow with a real ceaser salad, your favorite steak, roasted asparagus and a bottle of Karly Warrior Fires Zin. The 2003 is still in the stores.

For a good Gin try...Hendricks. Garnish with a cucumber slice. Very refreshing.
