one of those drill bits for putting in door knobs. and maybe some machine made snow from the top of a Catskill ski area

my brother's navel got infected. the doc pulled out a big syringe stuck it in his bellie button and drained out a bunch of puss.
brother said it hurt...a lot.
i would guess he is a bit more liberal with the soap these days.

I guess having an outie would resolve this problem. Maybe it's worth having one surgically augmented in to obviate the need for cleaning at all?
