I am 5'11" and 170. I have the 190s and love them. A bit much in tight spots, but if I had the 180s they would be lacking in other areas. It is all a trade off. You could be happy on either.

I agree with this, I'm 6'2" / 185 and love my 180 explosivs, but am also really happy with my 188 scratch bc's and my skinny skis(Head CyberCross Ti's), which by current thinking should be shorter, in a 190.It is all a trade off. You could be happy on either.

i'm 5'9" 150lbs and my skis range from 170 to 180
