Intuition liner height
I got a line on some of the shorter intuitions from Morrow.
They are 10.25" tall. Which brings them right to the top of the rear spoiler on the Diablo's. My liners are 12"s tall. (extra 1.75" above the shell)
They're definately shorter then my liners, but they will cover the shell. I'm sketched and not sure if I should order them.
what negatives am I facing here?

I bought the same liners, thinking I'd use them in AT boots (typically a bit shorter than alpine boots). No go on my Lowa Strukturas -- too short. Lowas are gone now, replaced by Scarpa Denalis, which came with a thermoflex liner anyway.
You can tug on the liner when it's soft to stretch it a bit taller. I accidentally made one of my Scarpa liners about 1 cm taller than the other one by pulling unevenly...
The Morrow Intuitions have a separate tongue like a typical alpine boot. Most other heat molded liners I've seen use an overlap wrap. I don't know if this will make any difference for you though.

Cook 'em and pull up hard, but make sure to have the insole placed a bit back so when you pull up the seam does not pull up that much above the insole. You can get them way up, going with a bigger size will give you more material to pull up out of the boot. They rock, and I run them in my Salomon Course X2 plug boots, and they are about as tall as you get.
