DENVER, February 22, 2005 – The Gong Show meets Showtime at the Apollo with a variety show spin. It's a show that will leave you thrilled, shocked, amazed, disgusted, and astonished all at the same time.

Get ready for Denver's only live gong show, You Suck! Get Off the Stage! Watch contestants fight to beat the gong in front of the panel of ultimate judges: Jesus of Nazareth, Pontius Pilate, and Modern Drunkard's own Troy Baxley. This is a night that’s sure to be one of the most talked about in Denver comedy circles and one you won’t soon forget. It’s gonna be nutty!

The Oriental Theater is proud to announce that it has made special arrangements to have the one-of-a-kind gong from the original Gong Show present at the theater this week. This unique opportunity to host a piece of television history adds a touch of nostalgia and an air of authenticity to You Suck! Get Off the Stage! which we’re sure audience and visitors will enjoy.

Honestly....sometime in the middle of the night I got up to take a leak. I thought I was going to piss myself. I was so drunk I took the door to the hall rather than the bathroom. I got locked out of the room. I knocked a few times, but no one came. I finally just peed there in the hallway of a very nice hotel downtown and then passed out on the floor next to my own puddle of urine. At some point I came to and began knocking like crazy for someone to let me back in. I have no idea how long I was passed out in the hallway. Luckily MOE got the door and let me in. Overall it was pretty crazy drunken performance all night long.
