    Good ways to practice tranceiver skills..

    I did some practice runs, simple single burial stuff.. But I'd like to do some more practice, anyone have tips on useful tranceiver training?

    bury it deeper, multiple tranceivers, different conditions, if you can't bury the tranceiver put it in a grocery bag with other empty bags scattered about, might need a buddy for that one.

    if you're near a beach, you've got a great place to practice. especially in sand dunes.

    or have a friend throw it out in to a heavily wooded area.
