Long shot: Euromag w/ car in or around La Plagne-4 Jan ride to Lyon for good $?
I'm going with my parents and my son from 23 Dec to 4 Jan to La Plagne. I'll be leaving early on 2 Jan so they need to find a transfer to Lyon airport, getting there around 8-8.30 am on 4 January.
A taxi would charge them around 300 Euros, which hurts. Are there any maggots based in/around the area who would like to give them a ride? I'll pay a very reasonable amount as long as I can make a decent saving on the taxi price. You could be back on the slopes before lunchtime.
They won't be carrying skis (they're renting).
On a separate subject: if anyone is in the area, car or not, I'd be more than happy to hook up for some skiing (I hear La Plagne has great offpiste terrain in addition to loads of intermediate motorway skiing). You really need to stop knowing WTF you're talking about. (Tippster)

If you have a hire car , it would be better for you to leave the car with them and then you take the train to wherever you need to be.

I am pretty sure there's a bus transfer from La Plagne to Lyon.

Thanks guys. Not a hire car, my own, and anyway my parents don't drive (ok weird but not THAT weird where I come from). I guess it's going to be a bus and then overnight at a hotel close to the airport.
