New toys - Blizzard TT X80 Twins
I've managed to get myself a brand new pair of 185cm Blizzard TTX80 twin tips for £25 and wondered if anybody had ever tried a pair?

They seem pretty sweet. Fairly stiff, triaxial torsion box construction, 108-73-98mm. Was just looking for something to ski on when the snow's not fluffy and which can take a beating.

I just mounted these up with a pair of Rossi Axium bindings and, well, they look kinda weird. That has to be the puniest looking toepiece of any binding out there. I'm schooled on f-off great Salomon clamps and the Rossi looks pretty flyweight.

The ebay vendor is eishauscom
I won them for £65 but they're supplied with a brand new in box Marker M900 binding which I sold for £40. He's been selling a load of them and now they tend to fetch around €110. Still a good buy. They seem fairly bomber skis with a graphite base - I need a pair for general idiocy.
Although they doesn't advertise it upfront eishauscom will accept Paypal to eishaus@gmx.com (saves the £10 money transfer fee from the bank).
