Bonnie Prince Billy and Matt Sweeney - Superwolf

I think this is Will Oldham's latest record. Its pretty dark, not uplifting, but good. I'd say its somwhere in between Iron and Wine and A Ghost is Born (I dont like Iron and Wine, but a similar tempo). Any Wilco fans out there want to throw in their two cents on a recomendation back?

    Couple more,

devendra banhart - "outsider folk", creative, wierd folk - has a band called vetiver, better solo

Dave Van Ronk - My favorite all time. Fused Old Country Blues with folk in the fifties, sixties. Sings it how it is.

superwolf is a good album, not his latest. The latest is titled "The Letting Go", very mellow, beautiful arrangments and melodys. Others by Bonnie "Prince" Billy.... "I see A Darkness", "The Brave and The Bold"/W/Tortoise, Under Palace Music, "Viva Last Blues", "Viva Ultra". And Bonnie "Prince" Billy "sings Palace music"...That should keep you busy. I recomend all his music. I have most of the collection and I always want more from him. He is also amazing live. Oh ya..."Summer in the Southeast" a live disc from him. Enjoy!

What about Master and Everyone? It's the fucking ROCKS! Well, not really, but it is really good and very mellow. The current touring line-up for BPB is solid.
