Thread: Any SLC mags want to hit Vegas this weekend?

Basom has inspired some stupid maggots like myself to go to Vegas this weekend. Somehow the planets have aligned and I'm free the entire weekend and have Monday off. THE FLAMING LIPS (the craziest thing you will ever see. Life changing. Brain melting. Probably one of the coolest moments I've ever had was watching this band live.) will be playing live as well as 10 other bands worth seeing live and another 30 you may like. 2 day festival. Halloween in Vegas = trouble. Serious trouble. I've pretty much convinced meats of evil to quit his job at the mall to go to this concert. He's in. All he needs is a roadtrip partner from UT. I'll pay for a room, but damnit I get a bed and my own bed. I'll let others couch surf or share the other bed for free. Someone kidnap frozenwater.

I was invited to that too. I have a few buddies going down from the valley here. I have our annual Resellers Confernce this weekend, so unfortunately I am out.

Funny, I was in the mall today for the first time in a long time and Meats was NOT there.


I don't know if there car is full, but I can find out.

I'll be in Vegas this weekend and will be seeing a few of the late night shows and playing some golf during the day.

Staying with a buddy who lives in Vegas and keeps telling me about the best buffets in town with the amazing service

I will certainly do so. I will be at a conference in Deer Valley, our conference, so you may end up with a phone call, I am not sure how much puter time I will have, got to razzle and dazzle clients.

Some Vegas advice, although I've only been one time- the Casino Royale has $1 Michelobs, all the time, forever. Probably the cheapest place to get shitfaced in town.

I found those to be a little watered down- not like a nice Mic Light! The Royale also has some pretty low-stakes tables, which is good for a gambling JONG like myself.

Agreed. It's more like a if your walking by, but $20 on black, pound four and move on. While were on the subject, The Gun Store for auto weapons and Las Vegas Mini Gran Prix for go carts.

and a third at the Fox brah.
