Netflix rocks. So far we've rented:

    - Donnie Darko (was OK)
    - Grosse Point Blank (such a good movie)
    - Swingers (money, of course)
    - Mean Streets (Good)

Up next: Third World Cop and Dancehall Queen. Lighta!

They have all 3 Ski Movies and some other MSP stuff too. I emailed them a bunch of times requesting TGR videos, but I cancelled soon after, so I don't know if it helped.

Shot mainly in 3 student flats in Edinburgh. One of which is now occupied by some of my buddies. Imagine watching that film in the room it was filmed in and then trying to sleep there. Very freaky.

Finished "Everlasting Piece" last night, that was a great movie. Funny as hell, and with a pretty heavy undertone. Really recommend it.

Also watched "Narc" dark but a really solid movie. Ray Liotta was great as was Jason Patric. you really don't get the whole of the movie until the very end, good writing.

    Try these:

    Mr. Show
    Homicide, Season 3
    Thirteen
The Educational Archives (pro-patriotism, anti-drug, anti-sex, and highway death propaganda filmstrips from the 50s)
And forget all that Lord of The Rings crap. Rent Bad Taste, Dead Alive, and Forgotten Silver and petition Netflix to carry Meet the Feebles.
Wow. I took the recomendation of someone who only exists on the internet and was actually surprised at what I got.

BTW, Bad taste should be rented by anny and all LOTR fans for comparisson as to how far Peter Jackson has come. It's pretty amazing. This movie was awful, it wa late night, 8yr old, staying up lkate, hoping to see tits, awful. The accents were the best part, oh and lots of guns, Rambo maybe was coming out around this time.

Can't wait till Netyflix sends the next in line, Dead Alive.

    2 good choices by brooks...

mulholland drive takes place inside the head of the dying naomi watts/betty character, so basically it is a mixture of fact and fantasy as betty recalls/changes, fantasizes the past,, when laura harring says silencio, betty dies and the movie ends
