Thinking about heading out for a dawn patrol up to Berthoud tomorrow AM, then a full day on Tuesday. Anyone else interested? It has been puking all afternoon at 9000 feet on the front range.
-
10-09-2005, 05:13 PM #34I wish, but the chances of a snowday are pretty slim and I need to save my days off for the regular season.

Ha, 5 in the afternoon and there is a good 6 plus in my yard right now. About to head out to a super secret grassy slope to make some turns. Tommorow sounds like jones/berthoud if we can get there, if not maybe some skiing around loveland. I would wager I won't be out for a dawm patrol but sometime in the am. I don't think I have seen it snow this hard in town in 3 years.
Brett, mir, and others, what are your plans for tommorow and tuesday"Is it necessary to disdain the affluent Escalade driver in the ski area parking lot just because he never threw caution to the wind and gave up work, meat, and let his hair grow in the surreal international sojourn of powder skiing and self-actualiztion?"
WELL OF COURSE, thats why I am me and you aren't

I'm thinking let it accumulate through tomorrow, hit it Tuesday. Would prefer a dawn patrol...don't want to use a full snow day yet.
Even east of Jones/Berthoud might be the ticket...
