    Gaper Photo Contest - Backcountry.com (today only)

    OK Maggots time to step up! We're running an email ad and need a great gaper ski shot. I'm looking for something more gear-oriented; Powder mag Keepin' It Real files type shot if ya know what I mean.

    The ad text will be something along the lines of 'hey we're clearing out last year's old ski gear...'

    Post your pics here or send to backcountry @ gmail dot com.

    Winner gets a super duper discount code at backcountry.com. (wayyyy better than the usual 10% maggot code)

    'nater's shot is great.

    ok, keep thinkin beaters with old gear, etc...crash pics are cool but for example kush's lawndart wouldn't cut it b/c he was actually on relatively modern equipment/clothing.

    edit: and the photo has to be your own or someone you know so we're not violating any photo rights...

    From the KIR files - someone must have pictures of that guy that skis up at berthoud with the wranglers, rediculous fringe jacket, coon hat, leather boots and some '70s era kit. I've got some somewhere but I won't be able to get to them today. That dude is most classic.
