I don't have a problem with most skimountaineering vids but it did seem like the boards were just in the way on that one. Maybe they edited out all the skiing/surfing parts.

I believe the Euros refer to this as dry skiing.
Not something I’d ever care to attempt but it made for a hell of an entertaining video!

How about some real steep skiing that just happened this week?

Aurélien Lardy also repeated the Whillan's Ramp in Patagonia with Vivan Bruchez and Jules Socié a few months back. Pretty impressive stuff.
