$7 mil (after I buy a nice house and my CTS-V) invested ultra-conservatively at 5% is $350,000 a year. I could live pretty damn comfortably on that.

The Powerball winning numbers for Saturday April 6 were 22, 27, 44, 52 and 69 with a Powerball of 9. The Power Play was 3X. The numbers were drawn about 2:30 a.m. ET Saturday following a delay due to an error in one state.

Why was the drawing delayed?
Shortly after the drawing was supposed to take place at 10:59 p.m. Saturday, Powerball posted an announcement to its website saying the drawing would be delayed because one of the participating lotteries needed more "time to complete it's pre-draw "to complete required pre-draw procedures, which have been enacted to protect the security and integrity of the Powerball game."

So there would had been a big uproar if there was an issue of not following their checks and balances process that has been set up and spelled out. The few hours delay in the big picture of things does not matter much compared to a major deviation on their processes.
