Thread: Room for rent on Tahoe north shore

I have a single room in a two bed condo in Incline Village for rent. The rent is $475 + 1/3 utils. It's a decent size and has a private sink and bathroom entrance. New carpet and paint, it's super clean. The room also comes with an Incline Village resident card which means cheap golf, free private beach access, cheap Rec center card, and cheap skiing at Diamond Peak. Squaw/Alpine are about 35 min away, Mt. Rose is just over the hill 10 min, the Championship Golf Course is 100 yards away, and the beach is about a mile downhill.

I came *this close* to needing that room after a major squabble with the old lady last week. Sounds like a sweet deal, someone should get on this. I hear that Huck gives out free full face helmets to friends and people who give him rides.

Helmets, sure. Parking, yeah right. No covered, just a parking lot. No garage, and not a lot of storage. We're talking light travelers here fellas.

I just moved to the Bay Area after spending last winter in Jackson. I work, but am going to try to take Fridays off a lot this winter. I know this isn't what you're looking for right now, but I'd be willing to pay some rent this winter for a floor to crash on Thur-Sat nights. Let me know if this is somthing you might be into.
