    Helena trail conditions?

Bueller? I called the bike shop and they DIDN'T KNOW.

Over for work tomorrow, trying to figure out if it's worth it to get my shit together for the first time this year.

I was there Sunday, just for a minute. I'd say it didn't look quite ready. I mean, MoZ here in town is dry, but it doesn't seem like Mt Ascension or whatever that is by the brewery gets as much sun. PM yeahman?
    No longer stuck.

    Which shop?

It's not universally dry here yet. But there are some local favorites that are in hero dirt condition right now. Savvy locals are riding.

I've seen Helena dry out sooner than this, but this year is the fastest I've seen. Two weeks ago it was decent fatbiking. Now the trails are easily over 85% dry. Just waiting on the Horse trail and the South Hills will be good all over in another week.

Well I didn't get out anyways. Shit went completely bonkers at my work appearance and I had to deal with a bunch of things I wasn't planning to do. I represent the murdered dude and watched a bunch of sheriff's deputies serve a multi-day above- and below-ground search warrant at the courtroom door. http://helenair.com/news/crime-and-c...77891c947.html

What else in the Northern Rockies is drying out? Pocatello? Salmon? Looking for a road trip for next weekend.

Boise, but that's a bit far! (And yeah, not really in the Rockies...)
Enjoy your new bike, it looks sweet!
