TR: Mt Carlylre Lodge. BC, Canada

I'm not one to post many TR's but this trip was surely worthy of one. zion zig zag, Long Duck Dong, phatfreeheeler, myself and 6 others ventured up to southern BC mid feb for a week of touring at Mt Carlyle Lodge. we splurged and went the guided/catered route and were not disappointed w either. we were a little concerned about warming temps and possible rain at some point but ended up w some sunny days and a foot of fresh mid-week. couldn't have asked for a better crew, guides, food, terrain and weather. on to some pics...

So, did you built a ramp onto the roof of the lodge? I remember hucking out towards the sauna while waiting for the helo on the last day.

we talked about it esp if we got some shitty weather but ended up going bell to bell just about everyday so no time/energy.

surprisingly well. I was a little "worried" about dynamics w that many esp on the up (everyone solid going down). def not as much waiting around as I thought there'd be. some days a few bailed early or took a lap off. I think the warm weather helped w taking our time on transitions and letting peeps catch up. and more than enough terrain where everyone pretty much had a fresh line if they wanted on ea run.
