Price Police: 2014 Rocky Mountain Altitude
Looking to sell, locally hopefully, a 2014 Rocky Mountain Altitude. Hoping the Mags could provide some guidance for pricing this thing...
2014 Altitude 750 Alloy frame
2016 linkage with bc2 greaseports upgrade
Fox float with evol air can upgrade
Fox 34 float with fit4 upgrade
Rockshox stealth reverb dropper
Shimano xt 1x11 drivetrain with wolftooth 30t oval ring 11-42 cassette
Shimano xt brakes
Thomson carbon all mountain bar (750mm wide)
Thomson x4 stem 60mm
stock wheels (tubeless compatible)
Drivetrain and brakes were new last August. Bike has been ridden hard, but very well maintained. I was hoping to get $2500.
Additionally, I have a set of Chris King hubs (12x142mm & 15mm) laced to a pair of Easton Arc30 rims with shimano ice tech rotors. Wheels are setup tubeless with a a 2.3 maxxis dhf and 2.3 maxxis aggressor. I hope to get $700 for the wheels.
Do these prices seem fair? Thanks in advance!

I paid $1250 for one of these coming off a demo fleet from a local shop 2 years ago. It was all stock however. Probably not what you wanted to hear. Sorry.

Thanks, TCNROMPER! I feel like the 1x11 drivetrain and suspension modifications are the standouts on my used bike over a a nearly brand new stock model... I guess this is why I'm asking the maggots.
any input on the wheels? $700 seem fair for some non boost king hubs laced to a rim with a good internal width, tires and rotors included?

I struggled to get interest at 3,000 for a 2015 Carbon Rally Edition built with XO...
I think your closer to 2,000, that being said i think starting 2,500 is reasonable.a positive attitude will not solve all of your problems, but it may annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Thanks. That's pretty much what I was thinking. Start at $2500 and expect to come down some...
Either way, it's posted up in the Buy/Sell on PB now
