everybody is doing the next "thing" except you so maybe you miss out

    I lack motivation. And discipline.
But I married up, so my life is still okay and I do fun stuff.
Now I'm motivated to keep the marriage healthy despite my propensity to fuck stuff up.
However many are in a shit ton.

Well it's not like it was all in a week. But I probably could've done something better with the time if I'd been a little more motivated.

I used to be super motivated all the time when I was younger
but now I see if coming and going, so I've learned to harness it when it's naturally there and then be ok with it when it's not. it's nice when you have lots of different interests including somewhat lazy ones for the times when it's not there, then you don't have to have the fitness guilt

    I've got Medium T.

Enough T to get shit done when needed but not enough T to care.

I found myself more productive when I was less motivated, as then you only do the important stuff.

    motivation

I know, this is easier said than done. But the problem with many of us is that we expect quick results. When you think about your goals, think long term. If you want to lose weight, you may see some quick initial losses, but it will take a long time to lose the rest. If you want to run a marathon, you won’t be able to do it overnight. If you don’t see the results you want soon, don’t give up. listen to this keynote speaker and the motivation will be great. In the meantime, be happy with your progress so far, and with your ability to stick with your goals. The results will come if you give it time.
