I can bring a folding table. I have a couple Coleman stoves too, if needed.

Too much salsa is not possible.

I thought Sat was for dinner but I hear it's lunch. I was planning on doing slow cooker beans all day.... I'll do them the day before and bring a pot to heat them up on someone's stove if that's available.

    Is Fri also lunch?

Much as I'd love to check out spook's folding table.

Unless Norseman wants to lay claim to it, sign me up for enchiladas on (Superb Owl) Sunday. May also bring-up some pigs-in-a-blanket on Fri. if more enticing lunch options don't arise. I'll also bring up some general snacks (chips, cookies, candy, etc.) each day to keep the participants energized.

Seems like the menu for 17BBI is shaping up w/ all things baked and/or fried

We could use more main course foods. Costco hot dogs are good and they're cheap and feed many hungry mouths.

Go for the enchies, man. You're free to use my camper oven to crisp em up if you'd like.

I'll either bring brats, per NW_Skier's suggestion, or come up with something else simple and good. Maybe a dish with game meat, or a solid salad to counter all the greasy meats . I'll quote the menu when I decide this weekend.

My cooking amenities are open to others when I'm skiing or not cooking, and include 4 stovetop burners and a small oven in the camper, plus a small grill and burner outside on a table. 40lbs propane should last the weekend
