Central Rockies trout smashing is now heating up in the potato state. Went out Monday and caught a bunch of meatballs, including a 20" bow, all on streamers. Swapped in a new, heavier line on my 6wt, 10' Sage One and went from hating that rod to creaming jeans.

So what you are saying is you are glad you didn't sell it to me?

Oh that's right! My buddy that was thinking about your 5 weight just bought the 6 weight for flinging streamers. What line did you put on it?

I'll echo this sentiment. I've been dreaming about them lately.
Was supposed to hit 80 or something this past weekend so went looking for some that might be eating in a few of my spots.

I am down for poo fishen any time Stapes or dibs. Only ever got one and damn it waz fun on a 5 wt! It seems like a bike and the jordan river parkway would be optimal... hmmm I have an old kid trailer in the garage to haul gear...

Headed out early to fish a south slope tailwater. Couldnt drive past open water at an inlet on a high mountain reservoir and found some big dumb cutts...

This guy thought he was a tuna!

Made it to the tailwater with not much time left, drowned a dirt snake and got a couple of purty browns on the 4wt glass

I'm what you call "innovative". It's a pattern I've been "developing".

And you know that's not a N Fk special. And you know Tim Wade is persona non grata in my crew.

So, you coming down to Font in April?
